Free Podcast Link in Bio Template
One link for every episode description, your show's Twitter bio, and your host signature. Apple/Spotify/YouTube above the fold, plus two intake paths — Guest Application for pitches, Sponsorship Inquiry for brands.
Who this template is for
Indie podcasters, interview show hosts, niche industry podcasts, branded content shows, and video podcasters use this template as the one link that goes everywhere — at the top of every episode description, in the show's Twitter/Instagram bio, in the host's email signature, in the podcast directory blurb, on the press kit. It puts streaming platform buttons above the fold (Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Overcast, Pocket Casts — every listener app a click away), then offers two intake paths that drive everything else: Guest Application for people pitching themselves on the show, and Sponsorship Inquiry for brands wanting an ad slot. Each form creates a Contact in your CRM Cubby tagged by intake type, so the editorial queue (guests) stays separate from the revenue pipeline (sponsors) — both visible from the same dashboard.
How pitches and sponsors stay separate
Each form submission creates a Contact in your CRM Cubby tagged by intake type — Guest Pitch (editorial) or Sponsor Lead (revenue). Guest pitches flow into a review queue: New Pitch → Under Review → Invited → Recorded → Aired. Sponsor leads flow into a revenue pipeline: Inquiry → Quoted → Booked → Aired → Paid. Reviewing pitches doesn't get mixed with chasing sponsor invoices, and your producer/booker can run the editorial side without seeing the ad-sales side. The same Contact carries forward — a past guest who becomes a sponsor a year later still has the relationship history one click away. Pair the page with a custom domain (yourshow.com or pitch.yourshow.com) so the URL in every episode description matches the show name.
Shows using this template
Indie podcasters (solo or co-hosted)
One bio link covers streaming, listener email list, guest pitches, and sponsorship — replaces three different SaaS subscriptions.
Interview shows
Guest Application form gets bombarded with pitches — the CRM-tagged queue makes review and decline-with-template a one-screen workflow.
Niche industry and B2B podcasts
ICP-targeted sponsorship inquiries land tagged by company size and budget; a few targeted sponsors fund the show better than mass display ads.
Branded content podcasts (corporate)
Sponsorship Inquiry repurposed as a partner-pitch form; Guest Application captures internal stakeholders or external thought leaders for the next season.
Video podcasts and YouTube-first shows
Embed the YouTube channel and latest episode video above the fold; the rest of the page covers audio platforms for listeners who prefer ears over eyes.
Membership / Patreon-supported shows
Add a paid-subscription block alongside the listener email list — the warm fans convert from email subscriber to paid supporter without leaving your page.
Customization notes
Most podcasters embed a Spotify or Apple Podcasts player for the latest episode so visitors can hear a sample without leaving, link to every streaming platform as standalone buttons (the more apps you list, the more friction you remove), add a downloadable press kit / media kit PDF for the sponsor audience (audience demographics, download numbers, past sponsor logos), and put a listener-email-list signup block — most shows underweight this and it's the most reliable audience-growth lever. For paid podcasts, add a Patreon or Memberful subscription block. For video podcasts, swap the audio-platform block layout for a YouTube channel embed.
