Free Retail Store Link in Bio Template

One link for your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile and the sign in your window. Shoppers find your online store, your hours and directions, and can ask about a product before they make the trip.

Who this template is for

Gift shops, boutiques, home goods stores, bookshops, garden centers and independent shops that sell both in store and online use this template as the one link they share everywhere: the Instagram bio, the Google Business Profile, the receipt footer and the card that goes in every shopping bag.

It answers the three questions shoppers ask before they visit. Can I buy it online? When are you open? How do I get there? Below that sit a short contact form and a product inquiry form, so the customer looking for a size, a color or an item you do not stock yet can ask you directly instead of messaging you on three different apps.

Three theme variants come with it: Warm for a cozy neighborhood shop, Boutique for fashion and gifts, and Clean for a modern store. Pick one, add your photo and links, and the page is ready to share.

How a bio link becomes a sale

A shopper sees a new arrival on Instagram, taps your bio link and asks whether you have it in a medium. The inquiry arrives with their name, email, phone and preferred contact method, so you can reply the same day and hold the item at the counter.

Switch on contact capture in the page settings and every message and product inquiry saves the sender as a contact in your CRM. When the item they asked about is back in stock, or when your seasonal sale starts, you know exactly who to tell.

Shops using this template

  • Gift shops and boutiques

Feature new arrivals behind the bio link, and let customers ask about sizes, colors and gift wrapping before they visit.

  • Home goods and furniture stores

Shoppers ask about stock, delivery and custom orders through the product inquiry form, so nothing gets lost in direct messages.

  • Independent bookshops

Point readers to your online store and opening hours, and take requests for titles you do not carry yet.

  • Garden centers and plant shops

Seasonal hours change often. Update them once on the page and every link you have already printed stays correct.

  • Clothing and shoe stores

Customers ask whether a style comes in their size, and you reply with what you have and a time to come in and try it on.

  • Shops that sell in store and online

Send Instagram traffic to your online store while local customers find your hours and directions in the same place.

Customization notes

Most stores point the Shop online button at their own store and add a second link for click and collect or local delivery. Add a link block for your current sale or a gift guide, and a text block with holiday hours a few weeks before they change. If you sell your own brand, add a link to a wholesale inquiry form for other shops.
