Who this template is for
Small hotels, guesthouses, B&Bs and holiday rentals use this template when a full booking engine is more than they need. A guest picks an arrival and a departure date, says how many people are coming and which room they would like, and adds anything you should know before they arrive.
The form takes no payment and does not check availability on its own. It collects a clear request, so you can look at your calendar, reply with a confirmation or other dates, and take a deposit the way you already do.

Every request lands in your submissions with the dates, party size and room preference side by side, and you get an email for each new one. Reply from your own inbox to confirm, offer other dates or ask a question.
