Who this template is for

Pub trivia hosts, classroom teachers, content creators, and team leads use this template to run trivia rounds without a TV monitor, a Kahoot subscription, or a manual score tally. Players answer on their phone, the score calculates automatically, and the results page tells you who won. Because every entry creates a Contact, you can rerun the same quiz with the same crowd next week, segment by score, or send a "thanks for playing" message with a follow-up offer attached.

How it scores and reports

Each player creates a Contact record on submission. The total score lands on the contact as a number you can sort, filter, and export. Want the leaderboard? Sort Contacts by the score field and you have a ranked list. Want to send the winners a coupon code? Filter score >= threshold and send a bulk email. The quiz is reusable: clone it next week, swap the questions, and your audience is still on file as Contacts.

Customization notes

Most hosts swap the sample questions for their own and add a timer field for tie-breaking. For team play, add a "team name" field so the leaderboard groups by team instead of individual. For lead-gen, swap the name field for email + opt-in checkbox so winners can be re-engaged later.
