Who this template is for
Marketers, creators, coaches, and DTC brands use this template as the highest-conversion lead magnet in their funnel. People don't subscribe to newsletters; they take quizzes. The template captures the essentials — multiple-choice personality questions, name, and an email gate just before the result — so every taker becomes a Contact in your CRM Cubby with their archetype tagged. From there, each type gets their own welcome sequence, product recommendation, or follow-up offer. The same quiz also gets shared more than any other content type on your site — completion is its own reward, and most people show their friends.
How one quiz powers four welcome sequences
Each completed quiz creates a Contact in your CRM Cubby tagged with the personality type the respondent scored into. Filter your CRM by type to send four different welcome emails — one for each archetype — instead of a generic "thanks for subscribing." The respondent's actual answers attach as a Note, so when you write the welcome sequence you can reference the exact answers they gave. For e-commerce, tag each type with a product recommendation; for coaches, tag with the program tier that matches; for course creators, tag with the lesson order that fits their starting point. The same quiz runs for a year and your list keeps segmenting itself.
What's included
The four personality questions, name, and an email gate before the result. Swap the questions for your niche — style, fitness type, business archetype, whatever fits your audience.

Customization notes
Most teams swap the generic personality questions for niche-specific ones (style, fitness, business archetype, learning style — whatever your audience self-identifies with). Add image-based options on each question to lift completion rates — visual quizzes outperform text-only ones. For maximum virality, add a "share your result" block on the thank-you page so each completion turns into 2-3 new visitors. For paid offers, map each type to a tailored product recommendation or upsell page that loads conditionally based on the archetype tag.
